Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana is one of the innovative programs introduced by the Government of India with an aim to provide outcome-oriented skill training and rewards in order to generate employment opportunities for young and talented Indians. Amiable Value will go a step ahead by associating with authorized training providers with an objective to boost the nation’s productivity. Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is the flagship scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). The objective of this Skill Certification Scheme is to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood. Individuals with prior learning experience or skills will also be assessed and certified under the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Approved for another four years (2016-2020) to benefit 10 million youth Allocated Budget 12,000 Crores.

The scheme offers cost-free, industry-related skills trainng to unemployed youth and school or college dropouts to make them fit for employment. The scheme offers valid certification and a skill India card on the basis of which the candidates can apply for jobs and earn a livelihood. The scheme offers financial and placement assistance to candidates who have been awarded a certificate The scheme also offers training to the youth with prior experience to bridge the gap between their skills and industrial requirements. The scheme contributes to the country's economic development by creating a skilled workforce

Eligible Beneficiaries

• In line with the scheme objectives, the scheme is applicable to any candidate of Indian nationality who
• an unemployed youth, college / school dropout
• Has a verifiable identity proof - Aadhaar / Voter id and a bank account.
